This fall as we were struggling to find gym space to fill out our practice schedule, Kerr Street Mission stepped in and helped us. During COVID it has been so important to help small businesses, and especially important for small businesses to help small businesses. Since they came along and helped us so much, EVP wants to help them this holiday season as well.

EVP is organizing a food drive and donation for Kerr Street Mission this holiday season. At current time, KSM has over 700 weekly users of their food market and they need our help to keep their shelves full as they approach the holidays. Things that are most useful to them include:

KSM logoo
  • Soy milk
  • Almond milk
  • Gluten-Free snacks
  • Gluten-Free Cereals
  • Shampoo
  • Canned fruits
  • Canned tuna/meats
  • Chicken stock/broth
  • Canned corn niblets

If you are an Eagles player or parent looking to make a difference this winter, please bring any donations you would like to make to your practices before this upcoming Friday December 18th. We will be collecting all donations from parent reps the weekend of the 18th-20th and dropping everything off shortly after. If you are not an Eagles player, but would still like to help out KSM, please call Owen Scarrow at 289-838-9306 to work out a time to drop off your donation at EVP’s warehouse.

Christmas is the season of giving. While EVP was struggling, KSM gave us the ability to bring volleyball to all of you. We hope that you can help us give back to them this year.
