2024-2025 Pre-Tryout Rep Clinics

Rep Skills Clinics run from August 20th - September 5th, 2024

See below for clinics being offered, times and locations! Click on the button below to register.

Middle Clinic - Focuses on the middle blocker position, including hitting and blocking from middle position.
Outside Hitting Clinic - Focuses on the left and right side position, including attacking and passing.
Serving Clinic - Focuses on different types of serving and techniques to gain power and consistency in the serve.
Setting Clinic - Focuses on the setter position. There will be a high volume of reps in this clinic.
Skills Clinic - Focuses on ALL volleyball skills including serving, passing, setting, hitting etc.
Defence Clinic - Focuses on the defensive strategies, positioning and skills

Jump Serving 1 (Ages 14-16) - Aug 21, 5-7 pm | OCS
Jump Serving 2 (Ages 14-17) - Aug 22, 7-9 pm | OCS
Jump Serving 3 (Ages 13-16) - Sept 5, 7-9 pm | OCS
