Our Rep teams for the 2025-2026 season have been finalized. See you next year!

These clinics are ideal for athletes planning to try out for a Rep team. Whether you’re looking to sharpen specific skills or simply want to improve overall performance before tryouts, these sessions will help you build confidence and strengthen your foundation ahead of the tryout period. We encourage players to sign up for as many clinic sessions as they can! Discounts will be automatically generated based on how many sessions you register for.

Jump Serving Clinic
This clinic is open to all players and focuses on jump serving techniques, including both float and spin serves, with an emphasis on float—the most commonly used serve in the game.

Middle Clinic
Designed for older OVA age groups, this position-specific clinic focuses on blocking, tempo sets, footwork, and hitting accuracy.

Outside Hitting Clinic
Designed for older OVA age groups and focuses on position-specific training for both left-side and right-side hitting. Emphasis will be placed on footwork, technique, speed, and power to enhance attacking performance.

Passing/Defence Clinic
Open to all players, this clinic focuses on ball control, defensive positioning, and passing techniques in a variety of game-like situations.

Serving Clinic
Open to all players, this clinic focuses on float serving techniques, as well as an introduction to jump serving to develop power, consistency, and versatility.

Setting Clinic
Open to all players, this clinic emphasizes on footwork, hand positioning, and technique, with a high volume of repetitions.

Skills Clinic
Designed for younger athletes in the 12U–14U age groups, this clinic covers all core volleyball skills—serving, passing, setting, and hitting—to build a strong all-around foundation.
