Robbie considers volleyball, and sport in general, as an avenue to inspire and connect with today's youth. He believes there is no better way to instill positive values than through sport. As a result, he approaches each season with sights not only on medals, but life lessons that he hopes athletes will carry into adulthood.
Known affectionately as "the shovel" - Robbie is a defensive specialist who brings the expectation of hard work and "no quit" attitude to any program he coaches. As EVP's first High Performance Coordinator, he hopes to provide a platform that he never had growing up - presenting opportunity and assistance to elite athletes to take the sport to the highest level they possibly can, and not let opportunity pass them by for any reason.
