LOOKING TO TRYOUT FOR THE EVP EAGLES REP TEAMS IN SEPTEMBER?
Our Open Gym sessions offer athletes the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of our very own EVP Eagles Rep Coaches, before attending Rep Tryouts. Open Gyms are offered throughout the year for athletes across various age groups, and this page will be updated as new sessions are added.
Players interested in Invite-Only Closed Gym opportunities are encouraged to complete our Interest Form. This allows our coaching staff to learn more about each athlete and reach out directly when sessions that may be a strong fit become available. Submission of the form does not guarantee an invitation.
We will be offering summer Rep training programs and camps designed to maximize skill development and prepare athletes for higher levels of play. When these programs become available, we strongly encourage interested players to participate. Families are also encouraged to review the OVA Tryout Policy to better understand the Rep tryout and offer process.
Cost for open gyms is $30 +HST per session. Register now to reserve your space!
GIRLS TRAVEL TEAM OPEN GYMS - NEW!
Travel Team Open Gyms are designed for athletes interested in competing on EVP’s top Rep travel teams for the upcoming season. These teams are at the highest level within their age division and represent EVP at the most competitive level. In addition to competing in Ontario, Travel Teams also participate in USA tournaments.
These sessions are intended for athletes interested in pursuing a spot on one of our Travel Teams and competing at EVP's highest team level.
Eligibility:
- 13U: Open to athletes with Rep experience or a minimum of 2 years of house league or school team volleyball experience.
- 14U+: Open to athletes with Rep experience in Division 1 or 2.
These Open Gyms are separate from our regular Open Gyms and are intended for athletes pursuing higher-level competition opportunities.
